4km Morning Run, 7th Dec

That morning, Karen and I met at Pungol Park around 8.30 am. I test run my new Nike running shoes for 3.93km which we completed in 46 minutes. I usually track my running work-out using endomondo.

It was a very pleasant morning jog. The sun and clouds were just nice for our jog. We ran across a group of old folks practicing Tai Chi.
